The Leprosy Mission Hospital Champa is recognized by the government as a specialized leprosy referral centre, providing quality secondary and tertiary level leprosy care. The hospital sees more than 28,000 patients each year. It hospital also provides general health care through hospital based and community outreach services. The hospital is well equipped and has well trained and experienced medical staff.

It renders free services to people affected with leprosy and minimal and affordable medical care to other communities in the surrounding areas.

TLMTI supports in the planning, execution and monitoring of National Leprosy Eradication Programme (NLEP) throughout Chattisgarh through the International Federation of Anti Leprosy Associations, India (ILEP, India).
